Grievance Redressal Call center (GRCC) - Charter of duties are as under:-

  • Enquiry through telephone

    General information sought for by the candidates will be provided by the GRCC itself, whereas the critical information sought for by the candidates will be provided after having consulted and received suitable replies from the sections concerned.
  • In person

    1. Oral Information / Clarification:
      General information sought for by the candidates in person will be provided by the GRCC itself orally, whereas the critical information sought by the candidates will be provided after having consulted and received suitable replies from the sections concerned.
    2. Written Representation / Petition:
      While submitting the requisition letter, the candidate / petitioner has to mention his E-mail ID. The petition will be forwarded to sections concerned for getting suitable reply and the same will be sent to the candidate only by E-mail.
  • By Post

    1. Communications sent by post must be addressed only to the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road, V.O.C. Nagar, Park Town, Chennai - 600003.

    2. All communications to the Commission should invariably contain the following particulars. Communications not containing the following particulars will not be attended to.

    a. Name of the examination

    b. Notification No. and year

    c. Registration No.

    d. Name of the Candidate (in full and in block letters)

    e. Complete postal address as given in the application

    f. Valid and Active E-mail ID

  • By Email:

    General information sought for by the candidates / petitioners through E-mail will be provided by GRCC itself on the same day by reply mail, whereas the queries relating to critical information sought for by the candidates will be sent to the section concerned with a specific form for their reply for communication to the candidate / petitioner through E-mail.

    1. Queries relating to One Time Registration / online application may be sent to helpdesk@tnpscexams.in.

    2. Any other communication with the Commission must be made through email to grievance.tnpsc@tn.gov.in.
